Floating oil seal is a common name of floating seal, belonging to a kind of mechanical seal in dynamic seal. It has super sealing performance under the harsh working environment of many pulverized coal, sediment, water and gas.

What is a floating seal ring? Floating seal ring is called floating ring for short. It is also a kind of floating seal or piston seal ring. It is mainly used in centrifugal pump, centrifugal compressor, engine and other shaft seals to play a sealing role.

The floating oil seal was born in the late 1950s and was originally used to replace the rubber oil seal on the bulldozer chassis. The original rubber oil seal was damaged very quickly due to the immersion, wear and corrosion of sediment.
